WinPcap is a technology developed by the Microsoft, based on the Wi-Fi networking and broadcasting network that allow sharing of files. It is an open source protocol for developing and using network applications that provides the flexibility to use WinPcap applications on a wide range of hardware and operating systems. Using this technology for your Windows-based network application is pretty easy, just go to "themes" area of Windows and find a .NET extension that you can download. Once downloaded, then you can either copy the file to the Windows application folder or drag and drop it onto the application.
To get started with WinPcap, first start by looking for one of the .net extensions, which can be found in the "Functions" tab of Windows Task Manager. Then, right click on the application icon and choose Properties. From the "General" tab, then choose the option to the Compatibility tab and then you can configure the compatibility mode of the application by clicking on the Edit button. This will open the Configure Compatibility dialog box where you can configure the WinPcap Extension with the options that you want to enable/disable the usage of the Windows framework for writing the file. In general, you can select what WinPcap application you want to access the application via the "Extensions Manager". You can select whether to make the WinPcap application accessible through the system clipboard or over the Internet.
Once you have made all the necessary changes to the Windows registry settings, then you can restart the Windows machine and open WinPcap application. Click on the application icon and browse to the website and set the application password and it should launch automatically after some time. However, if the application cannot launch, then you should install the Windows update that fixes the problem and make sure that you have installed the latest version of the Windows System Tools.
